Mrs. Olga Sallangos shares her experience using the Energy Recovery PX® Pressure Exchanger® and its impact on the Dhekelia Desalination Plant in Cyprus. Since 2007, the entire plant has been successfully operating at 60,000 m3/d using PXs, with minimal need for spare parts and with maintenance free operation. The first large scale plant to install the PX Pressure Exchanger, the Dhekelia Desalination plant (Caramondani Desalination Plants Ltd.) continues to provide crucial potable water for the region.
