High-Pressure Desalination Pumps
Pressure is the essential driving force for SWRO desalination. In this process, high-pressure pumps force the seawater to pressures required by the reverse osmosis membranes. Our high-pressure pumps can deliver pressures up to 83 bar (1,200 psi). Their design is specific to the operational and environmental demands of a SWRO desalination plant using corrosion-resistant stainless steel alloys.
The ATMP high-pressure pump is a multi-stage feed pump ideal to combine with our AT TURBOCHARGER energy recovery device for small to medium-scale reverse osmosis systems with flows from 10 to 100 m3/h(44-440 gpm) and pressures up to 82 bar (1,200 psi).
The AquaBold™ high-pressure pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump ideal for small to medium-scale reverse osmosis systems with flows from 25 to 272 m3/h (100-1,200 gpm) and pressures up to 83 bar (1,200 psi).
The AquaSpire is a single-stage, high-pressure pump made for medium to large-scale seawater and brackish water reverse osmosis systems, handling flows from 57 to 2,725 m3/h (250 to 12,000 gpm) and pressures up to 45 bar (600 psi).

Low-Flow Horizontal Pumps
Our low-flow horizontal pumps pair with our PX devices for SWRO trains with permeate production rates ranging from approximately 135 to 1,350 m3/day (35K to 356K gpd).
The UHP Circulation Pump can be paired with our Ultra PX for an end-to-end energy recovery solution that maximizes efficiency and cost savings. The UHP Pump targets UHPRO processes for ZLD and MLD applications with flow ranging from 4.5 to 13.6 m³/h and is specifically designed to operate in an ultra high-pressure environment.
High-Flow Vertical Pumps
Our high-flow vertical pumps target SWRO plants with permeate production rates ranging from 640 to 10,000 m³/day (168K to 2.64M gpd). To optimize energy recovery, our circulation pumps pair with our PX Pressure Exchanger for an end-to-end energy recovery solution that maximizes efficiency and cost savings.
