Join Energy Recovery and DuPont Water Solutions at the International Water Conference for a collaborative workshop where we will discuss market trends and key topics around optimizing reverse osmosis systems in Lithium, Reuse, Green Hydrogen and High Recovery applications.

The workshop will take place Wednesday, November 15 from 1:00-5:00 PM. When registering for the conference, be sure to sign up for Design Optimization for Industrial Water and Wastewater Systems – Workshop W9

Energy Recovery will also have a vendor table in the exhibit hall of the conference where we will showcase our pressure exchanger solutions and meet with representatives from leading companies in the water industry and related fields.

W-9 Workshop Details: Design Optimization for Industrial Water and Wastewater Systems
DuPont Water Solutions and Energy Recovery (Erik Desormeaux, Eric Kadaj, Juan Miguel Pinto)

The objective of the workshop is to provide an in-depth understanding of the key principles and practices involved in optimizing the design of membrane based industrial water and wastewater treatment systems. This will include example applications and case studies for lithium, water reuse, green hydrogen and high recovery applications.

The workshop will begin with an overview of the key components of industrial treatment systems, including membranes and energy recovery devices (ERDs), different membrane and ERD configurations, and available products. Participants will learn how to select the right technology for a given application and the key design principles involved to optimize performance.

In addition, the workshop will provide an overview of the various modeling and simulation tools available for optimizing the design of reverse osmosis systems and how to use these tools to model system performance under different operating conditions. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the key principles and practices involved in optimizing the design of membrane industrial water and wastewater reverse osmosis treatment systems.

After the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning and knowledge sharing during our complementary networking drinks reception.
